Rocco Natural Wellness Care is a small company located in Squamish BC. Inspired by the landscape and the lifestyle that comes with it, we create natural health products designed to reduce your recovery time and speed up the healing process.
We love riding and we strongly believe that it is an important part of our everyday life. The Roman poet Juvenal said: “You should pray for a healthy mind in a healthy body.”
The value of physical exercise in the treatment of common medical conditions such as arthritis, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and mental health issues cannot be underestimated. It is the first step in every therapy, before medications are introduced. When you exercise, your body releases chemicals such as dopamine and endorphins in your brain that make you feel happy. Not only is your brain dumping out feel-good chemicals, but exercise also helps your brain eliminate chemicals that make you feel stressed and anxious.
Riding and exercising can have side effects, and many of us have experienced the discomfort of sprained joints, sore muscles, skin rashes, bruises, etc. Masking the pain is a quick fix, but not always helpful. You can easily re-injure yourself because you’re unable to feel your body while doing the wrong movement, and that can have serious consequences.
We want to keep you riding! We want to make sure that nothing can hold you back from doing what you like to do. We want you to be happy and keep a ‘mens sana in corpore sano’!

My name is Enrico Ubertini aka Ricu_air and I am a pharmacist. Born and raised in Italy, I graduated from the University of Genoa in 2011 and after receiving my pharmacist license I moved to BC. Why did I move here? Obviously for mountain biking and skiing! My parents put me on a bike and on skis as soon as they could. In my early years I did some x-country mountain bike racing before I fully switched to gravity disciplines. Recently I discovered motocross, and let me tell you…it’s addictive!
I love spending time outdoors, and riding my bike in the woods or skiing lines in the mountains always makes me feel good.
The idea of starting Rocco Natural Wellness Care comes from my experience as a community pharmacist. Since I started working in Whistler I’ve seen lots of people with the same issues I’ve encountered in my years of riding, but I was never able to find products specifically designed for people with an active lifestyle. With Rocco I’m combining my knowledge as a pharmacist, my experience as a rider and my compounding skills to deliver you a line of natural health products that address the most common issues that riding can cause. No matter if you’re a weekend warrior, a pro or a dad like me who shreds whenever he has a chance, our products are thought and designed for you.
